Summary of app features: This app is the ultimate health tracker with all information in one place, including medication tracking, vital information, and symptom tracking. Using the app and downloading their health report, patients can provide more thorough and detailed information about their background for their clinicians to inform diagnosis and treatment. Health Storylines also syncs with other health apps (such as Fitbit and Strava) to get more holistic information about your patients' health.

It gives you the opportunity to track not only medication use but also daily moods and habits. Limitations: Some of the recent reviews of this app reflect minor bugs in the app, reducing app effectiveness. However, the developers have a history of frequently updating the app to fix these bugs.
