Anant Shukla is a physician in the United States Army. Prior to going to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences for medical school he was a math teacher through the AmeriCorps program in the Baltimore City Public School System. In his spare time he enjoys writing and hiking. Anant Shukla's writing focuses on his personal accounts of the human condition in periods of strife in hopes of increasing humanism in medicine.
