Summary of app features: This app is the ultimate health tracker with all information in one place, including medication tracking, vital information, and symptom tracking. Using the app and downloading their health report, patients can provide more thorough and detailed information about their background for their clinicians to inform diagnosis and treatment. Health Storylines also syncs with other health apps (such as Fitbit and Strava) to get more holistic information about your patients' health.

This app is useful for: any patient that want or need to track their health for themselves or their clinicians.

Good User Review: “This is a fantastic application, but you have to be self-motivated to benefit from it (like everything else). It gives you the opportunity to track not only medication use but also daily moods and habits. This enables you to develop healthy habits, such as sleep engineering, routines that work the best, what causes you to procrastinate and how best to stay on top of your ADHD, by using the daily journal and notes, you learn when and how you perform your best and you are able to see patterns over time.” — Afropolymath on the App Store

Limitations: Some of the recent reviews of this app reflect minor bugs in the app, reducing app effectiveness. However, the developers have a history of frequently updating the app to fix these bugs.
