As the largest network of healthcare professionals, we at Doximity are inspired by members who donate their time and expertise to improve the health of underserved communities. Dox Foundation funds flights for clinicians to go on medical mission trips.

Dox Foundation provides grants of up to $2,000 for medical mission airfare. Application is a simple 3 min form. Grants are given twice a month.

Want to get funded?

Fill out a proposal

The proposal only takes a few minutes and should be completed 2–4 months before you plan to leave. Recipients are emailed by the 1st and 15th of each month. Over 80% of trips are funded. You’ll sign in using your Doximity account.

Book your flight

Once your project is approved, you’ll receive a link to our travel portal. Just click on the link to book your flight. All charges go to us so there is no messy reimbursement paperwork. We do not reimburse for flights already purchased.

Share your story

When you return, share photos and short recap of your trip. Hopefully it’ll inspire other Doximity members!
