About the hosts: Alex Smith, MD and Eric Widera, MD both work at UCSF’s Division of Geriatrics. Dr. Widera is a clinician-educator while Dr. Smith is a clinician-researcher. The pair are also part of a founding team that launched “ePrognosis,” an online set of prognostic calculators for the elderly.
